During your initial consultation, we will discuss your goals, and the desired look that you want to achieve. We will collaboratively select appropriate colors using the state-of-the-art Nouveau Contour Intelligent, a computerized system that assists our skin care professionals throughout your treatment, from the planning stages to the application of the permanent cosmetics.
At ImageRx®, we will work to make each visit as comfortable as possible for you. Before we begin the procedure, a topical anesthetic is applied to the treatment area so as to alleviate any irritation. You may feel slight pressure, but no pain. Next, hypo-allergenic mineral pigments are implanted into the dermal layer of the skin by a skilled technician. The entire process typically takes less than two hours, and you can leave our facility confident in your beautiful results.
Immediately after the treatment, your colors will appear darker and more vivid. Over the next two weeks, as the skin heals, the color could fade up to 50 percent. A follow-up appointment may be recommended to determine whether another layer of color is necessary. Results are permanent, giving you a natural, gorgeous appearance that will last a lifetime.
