We’re happy to announce that Image Rx is reopening on Tuesday, June 2nd! The health and well-being of our employees, patients, and our community is our top priority.
We will open during regular business hours with some modifications. We will open Monday- Friday 9-5pm. Saturdays will be closed at this time.
We are taking exceptional precautions to keep you safe while you are in the office. Here are a few of the many health and safety protocols to ensure your ultimate safety:
– All visits are by appointment only, no walk-ins at this time to ensure social distancing. The only appointments we will be taking will be for Botox.
– Patients are asked to arrive to their appointment alone and notify us from your vehicle once you arrive OR knock on the door. Call the office at: (562) 961-3668 and someone will greet you at the door.
– Prior to your entry a team member will take your temperature, provide you with hand sanitizer and ask you a series of questions regarding your health and possible COVID-19 exposure. Our office staff is all subject to these same screening protocols.
– Patients are asked to wear a mask; we will be doing the same. We have extra masks and hand sanitizer for your convenience.
